Do I need to commit to a time frame?

Short answer: no.

Longer answer: we will be happy to do a one-time job, and a contract for long-term services is not required to work with us. Editorial, newsletter, or social media coverage can be arranged on an “as needed” basis. Photos for editorial use or marketing purposes can be purchased separately after an event if LGM is covering it. Check our coverage calendar to see if LGM will be at a certain event or race meet. If you don’t see an event on there, but need images, reach out to us.

But! Please keep in mind that long-term contract clients do have first call for short-notice requests. With that in mind, if you need pictures or editorial content on the busiest weekends of the year–think Breeders’ Cup or Triple Crown season–on short notice, you might not get the response you want if long-term clients have already booked content for that same time period. That isn’t to say we cannot find a solution that works, but it might not involve everything you need. To avoid these situations, please book in advance or consider becoming one of our long-term clientele.
